This shows how unpredictable as a team Pakistan actually are. There are days when they absolutely look clueless, and there are days when they come up with such spectacular performances, taking everyone by surprise. Be it their fans or their opponents. In the recently concluded Test series against England, they conceded more than 800 runs in the first innings of the first Test in Multan, however, it was a remarkable comeback by them to win that series by a 2-1 margin. Here again in Australia, they lost the first ODI, but they have bounced back in an emphatic manner to level the series. The final ODI is perfectly set up with the third game to be played at Perth. Inglis will lead Australia in the series decider, hopefully we have an interesting battle on one of the fastest tracks in the world. Rizwan: Hopefully we keep this confidence going forward to Perth. A win is a win. We decided to bowl after winning the toss. Our bowlers bowled well and we found success. Everyone is enjoying his (Haris Rauf's) bowling. Not only fans from Pakistan, but also from all around the world, everyone enjoys to watch him bowl.

Pat Cummins: Wasn't one of our best days. They bowled well, but we should have done better and scored more than 160. There was a bit seam around there. We tried to attack (with some close-in fielders) but it wasn't to be. I will leave it to him (Inglis), he has some experience. So let him be him. We have a week at home. Good training sessions needed, mind now switches to the red ball (for the upcoming Test series vs India.)

Haris Rauf | Player of the Match: We are happy to win this game. We have fans everywhere in the world, we are just trying to give them happiness. I have played a lot of games for the Melbourne Stars, so I knew these conditions.

Saim Ayub: The most important thing for me is that the team won. We tried to be positive, the most important thing is how we played as a team. It's about watching the ball and trying to be positive. I just trusted myself. Victory always gives you confidence. We are committed to our team values and we are enjoying each other's company. Being in the present moment is the most important thing. Our bowling unit was magnificent. Credit goes to Haris Rauf (to take those wickets and put them under pressure,) but the other bowlers also supported him well.

In reply, the Pakistani openers got off to a watchful start with the new ball seaming around. The Australian pacers beat the openers on several occasions but weren't fortunate enough to find an edge. Saim Ayub struggled initially, but once he got his eye in, he absolutely took off. The young opener also notched up his maiden ODI fifty in the process and as a result of his onslaught, the Australian bowlers were put under pressure, especially with such a small total to defend. Ayub was dropped by Zampa in the 15h over, but the leg-spinner managed to take his wicket eventually. It was a tad too late though as the damage was already done by then. Shafique also notched up his fifty towards the end of the chase and as a result of the knocks by their openers, Pakistan won the game with ease eventually. Stay around for the presentations..

19:22 Local Time, 08:52 GMT, 14:22 IST: A clinical win for Pakistan as they bounce back in style to level the ODI series 1-1. Rizwan won a good toss earlier in the day and it was the right call from the Pakistan captain to bowl first. The Australian openers got off to brisk start in the powerplay, however, Shaheen Afridi removed both of them within the first 7 overs. And once the Australian openers were dismissed, it was time for Haris Rauf to weave his magic. The Pakistani pacer who has a fair amount of experience playing in Australia owing to the Big Bash was at his absolute best today. Inglis was his first wicket and once he found his rhythm, there was no looking back. Rauf kept taking wickets at regular intervals and as a result of his five-wicket haul, Australia were pushed on the back foot. They couldn't recover from those blows and finished with a paltry total of 163 as they were bowled out in the 35th over.
