Rahil Shah | RTW captain: It feels fantastic, for all these youngsters for the hard work they have put in, it is so good to see. I'm so happy for Adhi [Adithya Ganesh], he has finished a match, an important match and I'm really happy for him. I'm working with them [the youngsters], it's a good role, glad that they are listening and executing all that we tell them. Adhi has been playing for Ruby for the past 3-4 years and for him to come and finish off this qualifer is fantastic.

Adithya Ganesh | Player of the Match: Absolutely incredible. I have no words to say. From underdogs to finalists, no-one gave us a chance at the start of the tournament and now we are here. We really want to lift that trophy. I have been experienced enough to do this anchor role for the side. There are a lot of youngsters in the side, my job is to bat the 20 overs and I'm happy that I did that today. I have been a part of this franchise for four years, we have been losing a lot and this year has been incredible. We have put in a lot of hard work and we are going to give it our best in the finals.

Kaushik Gandhi | CSG captain: I think they held their nerve better in the last few overs. The powerplay overs, especially that one big over cost us. It was poor execution from us. I thought we pulled it back well in the middle but kudos to them. They stitched their partnership nicely. He (Radhakrishnan) really packed a punch today, scored more than 60 percent of the runs today and also got runs last game. So it’s a positive that at least one of us is in form. Doesn’t matter whom we’re playing (in Qualifier 2), as long as we do our processes right, we should be alright.

They had history against them and boy have they rewritten it or what. Have done the double over CSG in consecutive games and now fly directly to the final. The chase belonged to two men - Nidhish Rajagopal and Adithya Ganesh. The two left-handers came in at 44/3 against a very good CSG lineup and the latter finished it off with the final blow. The partnership was sensible, taking care of the dew on offer which hampered CSG to an extent. Trichy almost had a heart-attack at the end, but the calmness of Adithya saw them through. Richly-deserved as well. They were the better team on the night. Also eyebrows will be raised on Kaushik Gandhi's decision not to bowl Sonu Yadav his full spell - instead bringing himself on - and giving the last over to the spinner which further angered the pacer who has been impressive at the death in this tournament.
