Gill: Musheer and Saini played really well. Seeing that there's not much happening from the wicket, we could've gone to the bouncer option earlier to Saini. Looking back you can point to different things. But out there we went for the option we felt was the best. The intensity with which we bowled in the second innings was commendable. Until about lunch time we were talking that if we get a 100-run partnership we could've got the target.

There was some resistance lower down the order as Kuldeep offered good support to KL Rahul as the latter raised his half-century. But before the partnership could get very threatening, Mukesh Kumar came back to provide the breakthrough, paving the way for India B to wrap things up.

The left-arm seamer was the pick of the bowlers with the new ball, getting it to nip around and making early inroads. He removed the likes of Agarwal, Parag and Jurel inside the first 15 overs, setting the tone for his team.
