Pratika Rawal | Player of the Match: I am comfortable here. It helps a lot, always enjoy watching Mandhana from the other end. It eases me down. Being a student of Psychology also helps to stay calm. We were just trying to keep it simple, we had a good start. We just had to carry on the momentum. At the end, Tejal also played really well. We all played well, in fact. I am not thiking about the results, not thinking about the big numbers, just taking it one match at a time. Whenever the ball is in my slot, I try to hit boundaries. Otherwise I just try to push it down the ground.

Smriti Mandhana | India Women captain: To bowl on these wickets, the bowlers did a good job. Need to get better at fielding. Really happy for our batters. Tejal finished off well. We had good conversations over the last few days, knowing your bowlers is really important. Executing the slower ones was important. It was a perfect day for us. We should have restricted them to 180, will be aiming to do that going forward. We have to go out there and execute our plans, that's going to be important. Matches are won by the things we do behind the scene. Need to stick to our routine and do all the right things.

Gaby Lewis | Ireland Women captain: I am feeling good, feeling much better. Don't think we batted to our best ability, just focussing on the positives. I am delighted, we stuck in there and created a good partnership (with Leah Paul.) Coming for Bangladesh, the wickets were different. It's all about adapting (to the conditions.) Our fielding and bowling by the spinners - there were a few positives to take from this game.

Tejal Hasabnis: I feel great, happy that I contributed in team's win, that matters the most, that (win) means more than the fifty. My game plan was simple, I love chasing. I was playing according to the situation. Rotated the strike initially and scored boundaries when the ball was in the slot. It worked out pretty well for me. It (when on 49*) was just a matter of one run, so I tried to play according to the ball. The free-hit that I hit through covers gave me some confidence. That was my favourite shot in this innings. I will try to be more consistent going forward.

Earlier in the day, Ireland were reduced to 56/4 as they lost early wickets, however, Gaby Lewis - their skipper, along with Leah Paul steadied the ship for Ireland. As a result of their 100-plus run partnership, Ireland managed to post a respectable total on the board. In reply, the Indian openers got them off to a brisk start with Mandhana leading the charge. And once the Indian skipper was dismissed, her partner - Pratika Rawal and Tejal Hasabnis took control of proceedings. They had a fantastic 100-plus partnership that came in quick time, and as a result of their knocks, India Women got over the line quite comfortably with more than 15 overs to spare.
