Bat. Ball. Field. Lead. Is there anything that Benjamin Stokes cannot do on a cricket field? If you ever wondered why they rate him so highly, the way he handled himself and the team over the past three days should reveal everything you need to know about England's superman - Stokes. And even when the game was in their grip, Stokes steamed in and bowled his third longest spell in the history of his First-Class career. Bonzer!! Special mentions to the other Ben (Foakes - for his 1st hundred at home), and Ollie Robinson, who displayed outrageous skill and composure on his return to Test cricket. So, the first two Tests combined barely lasted 6 days. Are we in for another early finish at the Kia Oval? Ben Stokes | Player of the Match and England skipper: It's been incredible. Whenever we come here, we get incredible support. To come back from last week's disappointment at Lord's, gives us a lot of confidence and sets up for a cracking finish. The way in which he (Crawley) applided himself, especially at the top of the innings. It was a new ball wicket and the way he played was brilliant. That was a real match-defining innings at the top of the order for us. The way that he (Foakes) kept throughout the summer was incredible, he is a massive plus for the team. Amazing game for him and one that he should never forget. He (Robinson) deserved a call back into this squad, he bowled one of his best in the first innings. He showed up and proved all the hardwork he put in over the past few months. Adapting to the pitch more than anything, some balls are bouncing and some balls did skid, I always found starting against reverse swing was the toughest. When you have that clear mindset and remain positive, it makes things that much more easier. I really wanted to make sure that I bowl those overs and keep the new ball bowlers fresh.

Dean Elgar | South African skipper: England far better than us throughout the last three days and congrats to them. We had a plan coming here and it was about the team selection and to bat first. I don't regret any decisions made prior to the game. Obviously the first innings let us down. Lot of learnings and positives for us, quite a few days before the next Test, we will go back to the drawing board. It played a lot better in the afternoon phase, but as I said that first innings cost us. Bowlers have been stretched quite a bit and again lot of learnings out of this. Not perfect but we are getting there. Cricket is such a funny game, the edges going to hand, DRS and all that. You need a bit of luck in this format. The game is about small margins and with a team like England, they won't give you much. From what I heard Rassie got a fracture in his finger, I am not a medical expert but he is ruled out of the series. Sets up for one hell of a series, playing at the Oval can't ask for anything better.

17:45 Local Time, 16:45 GMT, 22:15 IST: This is an excellent comeback from England. They were battered and bruised after the innings defeat at Lord's, and a lot of eyebrows raised regarding the 'Bazball' theory, all of which - one would assume - should have diffused by now, thanks to skipper Stokes who led from the front with bat and ball. After nipping out three wickets in the first session, van der Dussen and Petersen got involved in a stubborn stand to deny England a wicket in the second. The ever-fiery Stokes, however, struck immediately after tea and post that partnership, it was always going to be a matter of time. And once the new ball arrived, Anderson and Robinson blew the tail away with some high-class swing bowling; something that was witnessed in the opening session of the game. A lot of questions will be raised over Elgar's decision to bat under grey skies and in all honesty, South Africa's bowling plans too proved very erratic at times. All in all, a much-needed win for the hosts. Stick around for the presentations...
