Both captains pose with the trophy as the series finishes 1-1. Superb comeback from Bangladesh after suffering a crushing defeat in Antigua. They won the toss and opted to bat in testing conditions - a decision that surprised quite a few people. But despite the low total in the first innings, their bowlers kept them in the game. Nahid Rana, what a phenomenal talent he is. High speeds around 150kph, much improved accuracy, and extra bounce with his height. He is someone we're going to hear a lot about in the coming years. But don't forget how good Taijul was either. His spells in both innings were superb and while he didn't get much reward in the first innings, he bowled his team to victory today with a superb display of drift, dip and turn. The only West Indies batter who seemed to be playing him well was Kavem Hodge who showed some decisive footwork on the way to a fifty. But Taijul eventually got the better of him as well to clear the path for the visitors.

Kraigg Brathwaite: Being positive (the gameplan?). Not to the level where we know it can be. They're young guys in terms of the amount of games played. In pressure situations it's about executing better. Our execution as batters can be a lot better. I believe it's something that has to be done - in terms of mindset it should change. Have to work on as a group about having the intent in both innings. Still a lot of positives. Greaves getting his first hundred. Bowling wise we were good. Jayden bowling that spell was really good. There's a period before the next series. Have to come back and believe in ourselves.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz: We played really well and have to improve day by day. Feeling good at this moment. Boys bowled really well after we got all out for 164. Nahid Rana, Taskin and Taijul in the second innings. Great moment for us. It's all about the process. So many fast bowlers we have at this stage. Nahid, Taskin, Hasan and Tanzim is also there.

Taskin Ahmed | Player of the series (Bangladesh) : Really happy for this. Wasn't easy to come back in Test cricket again. Had a bad shoulder. Have worked really hard for this, and hopefully many more to come. We are working really hard and because of the process we are following, we are doing well. Last three years our fast bowling group has been gradually improving. BCB also trying to get good wickets for fast bowlers. Hopefully, we will get more good pace bowlers in Bangladesh in future. Outside the game we all are friends. So we enjoyed the banter.

Jayden Seales | Player of the series (West Indies): Being able to control my length, cause pressure to the batsman and be as consistent as possible. I was able to achieve that in the England series, then followed that up in the South Africa series and now have achieved that here against Bangladesh as well. Test cricket is tough, always want to have fun with it. Any way I can have fun, be it banter and being aggressive. I have always watched Test cricket from a young age and have seen a fast bowler being aggressive and unfazed no matter what. I have drawn inspiration from that.

Taijul Islam | Player of the Match: These are challenging conditions for us. I feel that our players played really well and they showed a lot of dedication and hence, we got success. (On their bowling group) Our pace attack and our spin attack is very good. We can compete against any team in the world.

There was a lot of chatter throughout the Test with both teams dishing it out to each other. But it all ends with handshakes between the two sets of players. Soon after the final wicket, captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz gathered his mates in a huddle and shared some encouraging words with them. Taijul also had something to share in the huddle. Really special moments for the Bangladeshi team.

In the interim, they had lost seven consecutive Tests on these islands, including the first match of this series in Antigua. But they've roared back at the iconic Sabina Park to finish the series 1-1. There's so much to unpack from this Test which featured some exceptional bowling spells on a pitch that offered help to all kinds of bowlers. We had those extraordinary figures of 15.5-10-5-4 from Jayden Seales, which was the most economical spell in Test cricket in over 50 years. Then there was Shamar Joseph breathing fire on the second day, Nahid Rana on the third, and finally Taijul Islam bowling the visitors to a famous win today. Taijul's performance showed how badly West Indies missed a quality spinner in their lineup when they seemed to be losing the plot yesterday.
