Rashid Khan: Quite happy with the win and especially with the series win. In the first game we lost but we came back really well. Our batters played well and also our boys fielded really well. It's quite a big ground and ones and twos matter, so the key is to field well. Especially the low-scoring games are tough, you think not to lose wickets. The partnership between Gulbadin and Azmatullah was good first and then the partnership between Azmatullah and Nabi. As a bowler it gives you lots of energy when you take wickets. The confidence is there and looking forward to the ODI series as well. 80-90 percent of the team is ODI team so we know what to do. So, this series win will give us the confidence and boost us. It will give us the momentum going into the ODI and Test series.

Sikandar Raza: I don't think it was a wicket where you score 127, 150 was probably par. We were relying on big hits and didn't rotate the strike enough. We have to reign in sometimes. It's disheartening that it keeps happening again and again. The environment is quite relaxed, the dressing room atmosphere is chill. If we see our dismissals, majority of us got out due to wrong shot selections. We were still hunting for the wickets so you saw our seamers giving it their all and the fielders also doing their best. But, 127 is never going to be enough. We tried everything we could but it didn't work out. Those extras killed us today.

Naveen-ul-Haq | Player of the Series: (For taking 8 wickets in the series) The first couple of games were difficult (because of the conditions) but today it was easier for us as it was overcast so the ball was seaming around. The first game was difficult for us because of the different conditions. The conditions were overcast today so the ball swung for me.

Azmatullah Omarzai | Player of the Match: Always feel happy to get the Man of the Match award. It was tough to bat out there so I tried to keep calm and rotate strike out there. It's not difficult because it's my job. Whenever I get a chance, I try to give my best.

Mohammad Nabi: In the middle overs, we threw away wickets. Little bit of pressure came in the last two overs but we held our nerves in the end. It will give more confidence to me as a batter from these three games in this series. The wicket was not that easy, it was up and down. In the first game it was a better pitch, today it was a bit up and down.

A few of the Zimbabwean batters got off to starts but couldn't convert them into anything substantial. The last wicket stand of 21 helped them cross 120. In reply, Afghanistan were off to a poor start as they lost three wickets inside the powerplay. Muzarabani was especially impressive as he picked up a couple of wickets. Gurbaz looked good in his short stay but a ball that kept painfully low trapped him in front. The visitors were in a bit of bother at 44/4 but it was always going to be a matter of one or two good partnerships. The 48-run stand for the fifth wicket between Azmatullah and Naib put Afghanistan in the driver's seat. After that stand was broken, there were a few nerves amongst the lower order as Zimbabwe chipped in with a couple of more wickets. But, Nabi kept his calm, scored a few crucial boundaries, and guided his side through to a victory with three balls to spare. The fact that the Zimbabwean bowlers conceded a lot of extras was a major letdown for them.
