Guptill: The other night, we were close to chasing 128. I think it was defendable, but we didn't get it quite right. Have four games left, good time to come out and express what we can do. McCullum: Really pleased with the outcome. Our bowling group and fielding group really adapted nicely. 130 was under par. Had to make sure we got through Rashid. Today was more of a one-day sort of mindset, keeping out the good balls and being good in defence. Rashid is very, very good. Took me a while to adjust. Unless you really face him, you can't come up with a game plan. He's a fantastic bowler, someone we're going to see a lot of in these kind of competitions. He's a great bloke too.

There just weren't enough runs on the board to test them. McCullum, who could have got out thrice off three consecutive deliveries from Rashid Khan, consolidated the innings after two early wickets. It was only when the target was in sight that he freed his arms, helping Trinbago get there in a hurry. Ramdin played his part. As mentioned before, Rashid Khan could have easily had McCullum and he was superb with the ball, but didn't have luck going his way. If Guyana were to have any chance, it was going to be through Rashid, but when that didn't happen, they were pretty much blown away. They now face an improbable task of making it through to the next round.
