I'm trying to learn things such as anger management, etc. Trying to stay calm and instill confidence in the youngsters. I love it when youngsters come to the team and play with so much confidence such as Talat today, Shadab a few months ago, and even Babar. So I think every youngster that comes in has the same confidence of playing. We have made it clear to the players that fitness is paramount, so only if you are fit enough, you can play for Pakistan. Shadab Khan: "It was getting difficult to grip the ball for the leg-break, that's why I bowled a lot of googlies today. It's been wonderful performing at home, in front of this crowd. A lot of players from PSL are playing, so that takes the pressure off you, especially in terms of confidence against international-class players.
