Lewis Gregory | Somerset captain: It was a complete performance. Bants was outstanding, and we have a trip to Essex, so thankfully we finished early. We thought we did the taking-wickets part well to keep the run-rate down. Our form over the last few years has been better away from home, and we're happy with this win. We have some experience and a lot of youth. Watching how Devon went about it, getting Bants on strike and just playing his role, it's amazing how the club is coming along. He's talented, Tom, and a bit freakish with some shots.

Daniel Bell-Drummond | Kent captain: Tough defeat to take. Tom played really well and Conway also showed his class. We have to get back to the drawing board, and we have a game tomorrow so we need a quick turnaround. A bit shocked really. We back ourselves to defend that under lights, but we were always playing catch-up and didn't get a sniff. It was quite misty in our innings, and Somerset bowled well and stuck to their plans. We thought we had a score on the board, and there were no scores over 40 and that hurt us. Wasn't our day for sure

Tom Banton | Man of the Match: The first 3-4 games I went too hard too early. I gave myself a chance after talking to some people, as much as I want to attack from Ball 1. I'm always learning about my batting. I would've gotten out for 50-60 a few years ago, and Dev helped with his advice, asking me to take on the shorter boundary and not the longer one. My bat actually broke and I'll have to look after it well tonight to use it tomorrow in Essex. The World T20 is in my sights, but the year hasn't gone as well as I would have liked, so I don't want to look too far ahead.

Tom Banton - take a bow, young man. It was a competitive total on the board, but brutal Banton and a level-headed Conway at the other end made an absolute feast out of it. Milne had to resort to slower balls, Qais, a leg-spinner, had to resort to bouncers, and a legend, Darren Stevens, was treated like an off-spinner. The bowlers simply had no chance today.
