Jordan: I think if we are honest with ourselves then we know where we lost the game. I thought we did really well with the ball. But then after that, coming out with the bat, don't think we got our tempo right. If we got one partnership we would've got close to winning. All the best to them (finalists). Overton and Henry knocked over the top three of Surrey cheaply, using the movement that was on offer with the new ball. Conditions weren't the easiest to bat after the pitch took quite a bit of rain earlier in the first innings. And the wickets of Evans, Jacks and Roy in the powerplay were a big dent for Surrey who never stopped losing wickets at any point. The longest partnership they had lasted 20 balls, and it came when they were six down already. Somerset couldn't take it easy at any point though given the opposition's batting depth. And they were on fire in the field, taking every chance coming their way. They showed exactly why they've dominated the league this season. Just one step away now from that elusive trophy.
