But India fought back with wickets to leave Bangladesh at 30-4 and the Bangladesh skipper Nigar Sultana aided with large slices of luck battled on and concentrated on taking the game deep. She stood tall and nudged the singles around and hit the odd boundary as Bangladesh edged closer. But her dismissal in the 19th over turned the game India's way. 10 was needed off the final over and Shafali Verma finished it off with three wickets. India though will not be happy with their performance, they were poor with the bat and were shoddy on the field, dropping catches.
